Do you ship to my state?
We currently ship to Vineyard Wine Club members in all states except AK, HI, and UT.

Why can’t you ship to my state?
There are some very complex laws regarding the transport and delivery of alcoholic beverages. In many cases the state laws supercede the federal laws which adds to the complexity in this regard. In a number of states it is simply illegal to deliver alcohol to consumers, in other states it is possible but prohibitively expensive. What consumer should consider joining The Vineyard Wine Club?
The Vineyard Club is designed for the most ardent wine enthusiast. While the wines can be consumed soon after arrival, The Vineyard Club is recommended for those with access to cellars or adequate storage which means a great opportunity to develop collections of different vintages of the same outstanding wine over a number of years.

What can you tell me about the vineyards associated with the Club?
It takes great grapes to make the best wine. And great grapes can only come from outstanding vineyards. The Vineyard Wine Club features only red wines from twelve of the most exclusive small vineyards located in the world’s premier wine producing regions (click here to view the vineyards). Each year during a given month, the wines will be delivered from the same vineyard, simply the next vintage. Members are provided with a complete history of each vineyard as well as an in-depth update with respect to each vintage. Members are also encouraged to visit club vineyards on a VIP basis when they travel in the locale of one of the Vineyards associated with the club.

What does a monthly shipment consist of?
Each shipment contains 2 bottles of red wine from the same vineyard. Also included with the shipment is and educational material about vineyard, wine and vintage as well as history, food pairings, storage information and more.

If I get a wine I like, is there a way to get more?
Absolutely! While the wine in the Vineyard Club is not available through traditional channels we make sure to bring in a few extra cases for our membership each month specifically for that reason. Just let us know as soon as you decide so we can ensure that you get what you want.

When will I get my first shipment?
Assuming there is space available in the club (you will be notified immediately upon attempting to join), your first shipment will arrive 7-12 days after your order has been placed and your credit card has been charged. All future monthly shipments will be delivered between the 3rd and 4th week of the month.

How will my wine be delivered?
Wine deliveries are handled by DHL and will always require an adult signature. We strongly suggest you use a business address for deliveries when ever possible. Unfortunately, we cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

What if I’m not available when my wine is delivered?
DHL will make attempts to deliver according to there guidelines. After the first attempt, DHL should leave a contact number for you to contact them direclty for shipping arrangements. Please see the Terms of Service for more information regarding returns.

What if my wine is damaged?
If you find that your wine has been damaged call Customer care at 888-380-2337.

What if I am unhappy with the wine?
BeverageBistro.com guarantees quality products and service. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order for Customer Care assistance. BeverageBistro.com will not be responsible for product that has been in the customers care for over 30 days. For fastest results, contact us by calling customer Care @ 888-380-2337.

Is my credit card information protected?
Information is transmitted via a secure server, all your personal information is encrypted before it is transmitted over the Internet, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to ensure that your information and credit card number are safely transported online. While on a secure page such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'.

When will I be charged for my Membership?
For month-to-month memberships, credit/debit cards are generally charged anytime between the 5th and the 15th of the month.

Does BeverageBistro.com share the information it receives?
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We will not share any information about you with any other parties.

How secure is information about me?
We request information from the user on our order form. Required information includes user contact information (name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date, and billing address). This information is used for billing purposes and to deliver orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. This information is transmitted via our secure server and all your personal information is encrypted before it is transmitted over the Internet. How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your membership at any time, there are no cancellation fees. Cancellations must be called in prior to the last business day of the month to prevent the next month’s shipment and charge. You will receive a full refund for all unshipped products. We will process a refund to the credit card within 3 working days of a membership cancellation. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
